Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders placed by 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed between 3pm Friday to 11.59pm Sunday will be dispatched on a Monday.

 

SHIPPING SERVICES

  • Royal Mail 1st Class - FREE

Mainland UK: 1-2 business days after dispatch.

Highlands & Islands: 2-3 business days after dispatch

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 - 6.70£

Orders placed by 3pm Monday to Friday will be delivered the next day, Orders placed between 3pm Friday to 3pm Monday will be delivered on a Tuesday.

 

There will be no deliveries on Bank Holidays and instead orders will be delivered the next working day.

 

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery - 6.70£

Guaranteed Next Business Day

 

Special Delivery Orders placed by 3pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered before 1pm the next business day, Orders after 3pm Friday through to midday Sunday will be delivered before 1pm on the following Monday (bank holidays excluded).

FAULTY, DAMAGED, UNSATISFACTORY QUALITY OR INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED

We will always do our best to ensure that your product(s) arrive correctly and in perfect condition. However, occasionally mistakes do occur or items are damaged in transit. Please check your product(s) on receipt and report any issues to us as soon as possible. The sooner we are notified the easier and quicker it will be to resolve the issue for you.

Where products received are of poor quality, incorrect, faulty or damaged, the following applies:

Within 30 days of receipt of the goods: we will offer you a full refund, including any postage you paid or if you prefer and the product is still available, a replacement will be sent.

After 30 days but within 6 months of receipt of the goods: we will offer you a replacement in the first instance, or where a replacement is not available (for instance it is no longer in stock), a full refund will be paid including any postage.

After 6 months of receipt of the goods: the responsibility is yours to prove that the goods were faulty at the time they were received and we will do our utmost to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Depending on the circumstances we may offer a replacement, a partial refund or a full refund.

As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to product(s) that are faulty, received damaged or not as described.

Don't worry, sales taxes & VAT on orders dispatched within the European Union (EU) are all pre-paid by us. You can shop with confidence at crushstore.co.uk knowing that the price you see, is the price you pay.

Please note: We have no control over taxes and fees on orders sent outside of the EU. Please contact your local customs office for details of any possible charges prior to placing your order.
