The Website is governed by the laws of Guernsey although you may have additional rights under your local law if you are purchasing as a consumer. www.crushstore.co.uk reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notification. The contract will be concluded in English.

The Website may only be used for lawful purposes. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding the Website and any transactions conducted on or through the Website.

The Personal Information which you are required to provide when you register as a Customer should be true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and you must;

Notify us immediately of any changes to the Personal Information by contacting our Customer Service Team via e-mail, or chat at the chat box in the bottom right corner of very page.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website.

  • Change the Terms and Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the Website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Terms and Conditions have been changed.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We have made every effort to reproduce colours on the Website as accurately as possible. However, different computers reproduce colours in slightly different ways, and so colour matches are not yet possible over the internet. If you are not satisfied with the colour of the item you have ordered, we offer a no quibble 60 day money back guarantee on all products. Please see our returns policy.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.

MAKING AN ORDER

All communication to you from crushstore.co.uk will be addressed to your email address as supplied when you register. If you do not receive a confirmation email after registering or placing an order please contact us immediately. crushstore.co.uk will not be responsible if you should fail to receive emails sent to the email address you provide when you register.

 

The technical steps required, creating the contract between you and us are as follows:

  • You place the order for your products on the Website by pressing the confirm button at the end of the checkout process.

  • We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from crushstore.co.uk

  • When your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a dispatch confirmation email.

  • Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

  • The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.

  • The product you ordered being unavailable for delivery to your selected delivery country.

  • Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.

  • The identification of a pricing or product description error.

  • You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions.

crushstore.co.uk reserves the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual Customer.

At busy times orders may take 2-3 days to be dispatched. The majority of orders are received within 2-3 business days after dispatch. As we cannot guarantee the speed of the postal service please allow up to: 8 business days for Royal Mail Tracked

Wholesale & Authorised REseller

Please read below a few legal terms about becoming a Reseller:

Trademark: Please note that 'CRUSH!' is a trademarked brand that also withholds all rights for the subsections of the brand that belongs to the trademarked brand (e.g website design, web URL, brand logos, advertisement of products on all media platforms, selling products in any type of shops, branded products and others).

Reseller: Being the Reseller of CRUSH! gives a right to only advertise and resell one or multiple type(s) of product(s) as an individual or as a wholesale costumer. Reseller is responsible to act on a fashionably manner when it comes to reselling or advertising the 'CRUSH!' products so it won't harm its reputation. It is the Reseller's responsibility to do research in what stores (including e-stores) and platforms is the Reseller are selling the products on whether it has any legal requirement(s) or banning(s) on specific products of 'CRUSH!'. For any legal activities and purchases that does not happen directly with the company (e.g Reseller, third-party client or any other organisations, individuals) the CRUSH! trademark and any linked companies or individuals are not responsible.
In case of any brake of the law that came to the company's attention or the above agreement, CRUSH! trademark and the linked companies and individuals are keeping the rights to withdraw one or all its products from the Reseller rights of advertising and reselling.

Please note that by purchasing from any of the available platforms of CRUSH! products as a wholesale-, reseller- or any individual- or any type of company client you agree to the above description.

If you do wish to advertise our products (regardless it is our own content or something you have created) please note that we hold the right to request any posts, links, videos or any other related platform activity in case we find it harmful and illegal for the company.
Please note that the Reseller is responsible of placing advertisements on any of the media platforms and making sure that it is complying with the required rules and laws of any specific media platform, regardless the content's origin.

FREE GIFTS

Free gifts are offered subject to stock availability and on a first come first served basis. crushstore.co.uk will always seek to ensure a reasonable stock of any free item is available before running a free gift promotion. If your free gift is no longer available we will make every effort to inform you as soon as possible either during checkout, or by email.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Vouchers are available to purchase in £5, £10, £25, 50£ denominations with a minimum spend of £5 and a maximum of £150 in any single transaction online. For corporate gifts please contact our Customer Service.

To use a Gift Voucher the recipient must create an account online with crushstore.co.uk. The value of the purchases will be deducted from the balance on the account when presented at checkout; any remaining balance cannot be used against future purchases. Purchases and refunds made outside of the UK will be subject to currency conversion at the prevailing daily rate.

The Gift Voucher has a cash redemption value of 0.001p and is not transferable or assignable. Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue and are only redeemable online at crushstore.co.uk. Gift Vouchers are not redeemable via telephone. Vouchers will not be honoured if sold to a 3rd party. You cannot buy another Gift Voucher with a Gift Voucher.

If any product purchased with a Gift Voucher is returned for an exchange or refund, any money refunded will automatically be credited to the original Gift Voucher. If a partial refund is made for any purchase using a Gift Voucher and another method of payment, then any refund amount owing will be credited to the Gift Voucher in the first instance. If the total to be refunded is more than originally paid by Gift Voucher, then any remaining refund balance will then be refunded to the other method of payment used. Any refunds credited to the original Voucher will be valid from the date of the original Voucher purchase.
